THE MOUNTAIN LOYALTY PROGRAM PROMOTION

*PLEASE NOTE: The Mountain Loyalty Program promotion is ending August 25, 2014. Current Loyalty Program members who have points, are encouraged to redeem their accrued points as soon as possible. All reward coupons will expire on August 25, 2014. All remaining points will be completely eliminated when the program ends on August 25, 2014. 

 

 

CHECKING YOUR POINT BALANCE

Log into your account. On the bottom-left corner of the page, click on the points toolbar.

REDEEM YOUR REWARDS

Exchange your earned points for a one-time-use reward coupon by simply clicking on the “Redeem” button under the reward you are eligible.  Simply log into your account and then go to the Rewards Redemption Page, which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.

Points can only be redeemed online and cannot be done over the phone. Reward coupons obtained by exchanging points will be stored in your account until you choose to redeem them. All point redemptions are final, so once points are exchanged for rewards coupons, these coupons cannot be exchanged back for points.  Please remember, all reward coupons will expire on August 25, 2014.

Reward coupons cannot be combined or used with any other offers, discounts, or coupon codes.  Reward coupons are good for one purchase only.  Once a code has been redeemed, it is no longer active. To redeem your points, log in here. Then click on the redeem points link on the loatalty bar.

FAQs

Why is the Loyalty Program promotion ending?

When we launched our points-based loyalty promotion, it was our intention to provide a simple way to thank our customers for their ongoing purchases. Unfortunately, a recent review of the promotion revealed incredibly low redemption rates by our members. As we talked with folks, it became clear that the way we had structured the program wasn’t working as well as we’d hoped. We also received a lot of great ideas as to how we could provide you with better benefits. So we have decided to go back to the whiteboard and design a new program that rewards our best customers in more meaningful ways for their purchases.

Here at The Mountain, our community of customers means everything to us. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for wearing our BIG designs!

 

What happens to my existing points?

You have until August 25, 2014 to use your points.  Current Loyalty Program members who have points are encouraged to redeem their accrued points as soon as possible.  All remaining points will be completely eliminated when the program ends on August 25, 2014 and you will no longer be able to access your Loyalty Rewards account.  Once you have redeemed your points for reward coupons, these coupons will only be valid until 8/25/14.  After that date, these will be expired.

 

What happens if I don’t use all my points?

Your point balance will automatically roll to 0 on August 25, 2014. You'll have until then to use all remaining points in your account.  After that date, you will no longer be able to access your account.

 

How do I find out how many points I have available?

To view your points, sign in to your account, then click on the Loyalty bar at the bottom left of the store.  Or click here to sign in.

 

When will the reward coupons expire?

Once you’ve redeemed your points into reward coupons, those coupons will be valid until August 25, 2014.  After that date, these coupons will be expired.

 

I am a current Loyalty Program member, can I still earn points?

Unfortunately, since we are ending the promotion, we are no longer able to have current members earn points at this time.

Can I still sign up for the Loyalty Program?

Unfortunately, since we are ending the promotion, we are no longer accepting new members.

What if I want to go ahead and close my Loyalty Rewards program account?  Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can withdraw from the Loyalty Program.  If you choose to withdraw from Loyalty Program, you will no longer be able to access the program when you sign in again to our store. 

Sign into your account, clicking on the Loyalty bar at the bottom left, then when the Loyalty Window opens, at the bottom right of that window, click on the WITHDRAW link and click on the Yes, Remove Me button.

What is happening to the Referral Program?

Unfortunately, since we are ending the promotion, we are no longer able to have current members earn points from referrals at this time.  All the referral links will be discontinued.  

 

What is going to happen with all the coupons that my friends have received from my referral?

Those coupons will still be valid until August 25, 2014.  After that, these coupons can no longer be redeemed.

LOYALTY REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The Mountain reserves the right to discontinue, amend, or modify the Loyalty Program promotion or benefits of participation at any time, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number of points already accumulated. The Mountain’s interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions, and determination regarding rewards points earned will be binding on The Mountain members.

Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash or credit and may not be applied toward any other payment.

Employees and family members of employees of The Mountain and its affiliates or wholesale partners are not eligible for membership in the Loyalty Program. We may at any time revoke rewards or close a Loyalty Program account that we feel violates these restrictions.

The Mountain respects the privacy of its Loyalty Program members. By using an earned reward from The Mountain, the member consents to the business use of the member's personal information by The Mountain and its subsidiaries and affiliate companies.

The Mountain members may exclude themselves from e-mails, calls, and mailings from The Mountain, its subsidiaries and affiliate companies by writing to The Mountain Corporation ATTN: Customer Relations, 59 Optical Ave. Keene, NH 03431, or calling 1-877-686-8337

The Mountain privacy policy may be amended or modified from time to time. Please visit www.themountain.com for the most recent privacy policy.

The Mountain reserves the right to terminate a member's Loyalty rewards account and cancel accrued Points if The Mountain believes, in its sole discretion, that the member is abusing the Loyalty Rewards program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished to The Mountain.

Points earned by a member in two or more different accounts cannot be combined to redeem any award.

Members are solely responsible for any taxes and shipping charges related to purchases when using Loyalty Rewards.
